Acceptable Use Policy

1.Honest and accurate use

• Do not submit information you know to be false or misleading, including facility capabilities, verification or evidence.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation, or claim a facility your organisation is not authorised to manage.
• Do not describe any facility, match or result as certified, approved or guaranteed by Qapacity.

2.Security and integrity

• Do not attempt to access data, organisations or features you are not authorised to use.
• Do not probe, scan or test the platform’s security without our written permission.
• Do not upload malware or content designed to disrupt the service.
• Do not attempt to manipulate AI features into ignoring their instructions or revealing other users’ information.
• Do not share accounts or credentials.

3.Data and content

• Do not scrape, crawl or systematically extract facility data, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Only upload content you have the right to share, and do not breach confidentiality obligations owed to others.
• Do not upload personal data about other people unless necessary and lawful, and do not upload special category data.
• Do not upload classified information, or technology or data whose transfer is restricted, unless you are authorised to process it in this way.

4.Restricted access and export control

• Do not use Qapacity to seek or facilitate access that would breach sanctions, export controls, security rules or a provider’s eligibility requirements.
• Do not misrepresent your organisation, nationality, end use or end user to obtain access.

5.Professional conduct

• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or irrelevant requests to providers.
• Do not harass, abuse or threaten other users.
• Do not use suggest-a-correction or contact forms for spam.

6.Enforcement and reporting

We may remove content, suspend accounts or take other proportionate action where this policy is breached. To report misuse, use the contact page.
